How do credits work?
Credits are used to generate images. Each image generation consumes credits based on the complexity and quality settings. You can purchase additional credits through the app's purchase screen.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to the app's settings or purchase screen and tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore any previous purchases made with your Apple ID or Google account.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled through the App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective policies. For App Store purchases, you can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page. For Google Play purchases, you can request a refund through Google Play's refund request form.
My images aren't generating properly
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and sufficient credits. If the issue persists, try restarting the app. If you continue to experience problems, please contact our support team with details about the issue.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please send a request to support@banano.app from the email associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
