How do credits (🍌) work?
Credits are used to generate images and videos. Each pack or custom prompt costs a set number of credits depending on the style and number of outputs; a video clip costs 30. The cost is always shown before you generate, and you can purchase more credits from the in-app purchase screen.
How does video generation work?
Write a prompt, or add one of your photos and describe how it should move to animate it. Each clip is 8 seconds at 720p and takes about 1–2 minutes to render — you can close the app while it works and the clip will be waiting when you return. If a video fails, your credits are refunded automatically.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. This will restore any credits purchased with your Apple ID or Google account.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play according to their policies. For App Store purchases use Apple's Report a Problem page; for Google Play use Google Play's refund request form.
My image or video didn't generate — were my credits charged?
No. If a generation fails your credits are automatically refunded. If you believe credits were deducted incorrectly, contact us and we'll sort it out.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This immediately deletes your account and all associated images and videos. No need to email us.
